A 3.8kVA Welling & Crossley WC-P3200Si petrol inverter generator and a WC-BG2000 portable power station, sold together. The WC-P3200Si gives 3,000W rated and 3,200W maximum of pure sine wave power. The WC-BG2000 adds 2,000W rated and 4,000W surge from an 1,843Wh LiFePO4 battery.

In the day, the WC-P3200Si handles the heavy jobs, like the kettle or a power tool, and recharges the BG2000, which reaches 80% in about 70 minutes on AC. At night, switch the generator off and the BG2000 keeps the fridge, fans and lights going quietly: a 100W load runs for around 15 hours. With solar panels, it also charges at up to 1,200W from the sun.

It suits farmhouses and sheds through blackouts, camping and caravan trips, and worksites without mains power. Together they cost $100 less than buying the WC-P3200Si and the WC-BG2000 separately, and both are listed on their own too.
