This is a manually-operated 100 kW load bank for generator load testing, mounted on heavy-duty casters for mobility. It uses metal-sheathed, high-grade nickel resistance wire elements with fan-blower cooling, offers incremental load testing via 8 switches plus a rheostat for finer variable settings, and is housed in a NEMA Type 1 enclosure with lifting eye hooks. Optional digital display meters for voltage, current, frequency and power factor can be added.
