The GS042ENN is a 42kVA, three phase diesel generator set. It pairs an Isuzu 4JJ1-TYGV01 engine with a Mecc Alte alternator and is controlled from a ComAp MRS3 panel.
Key features
- The ComAp MRS3 control panel carries shutdown protection, which is there to stop the engine when something goes wrong instead of letting a fault run on.
- A 50°C high ambient cooling package is fitted, which suits hot working environments.
- A heavy duty Donaldson air cleaner filters the intake air, which helps keep dust out of the engine.
- A set-mounted industrial silencer on the exhaust reduces exhaust noise.
- Three phase output at 42kVA suits fixed machinery and motors as well as general power circuits.
- The set comes with a fuel and oil filter kit, ready for routine servicing.
What it will run
At 42kVA, this set typically suits a workshop, small factory or farm on a three phase supply: lighting, refrigeration, pumps, compressors and fixed machinery. Work from the site's real load schedule rather than the nameplate alone. Large motors can draw several times their running current as they start, so check the biggest one first and spread the load across the three phases. The compliance plate on each appliance gives its running and starting load. Connection to a building's supply is through a changeover switch fitted by a licensed electrician. Send us your load list and we will help you size the set.
The GS042ENN suits light industrial units, farms, pumping stations, commercial buildings and building sites that need three phase power.
