GLB-550 kW Load Bank

This is a 550 kW automatic, resistive-load load bank rated for continuous duty at 415V, 50/60Hz, with a power factor of 1. It can be permanently installed indoors or outdoors and is rated to operate in ambient temperatures up to 50°C. Its control panel automatically applies load to a connected generator to keep it running efficiently and to help avoid problems such as wet-stacking and cylinder glazing. It is marketed toward sites that regularly need to load-test or exercise standby generators, such as mine camps, data centres and telecommunications facilities.
