40kW Genelite Load Bank GLB-40

The GLB-40 is an automatic resistive load bank rated for continuous duty from 0 to 40 kW at 415 V, 50 or 60 Hz and a power factor of 1. Its outdoor enclosure can be installed permanently indoors or outdoors.

What it is for

The GLB-40 is intended for maintaining minimum generator loads and for on-site testing at mining camps, data centres, commercial buildings, telecommunications sites, essential services, defence sites and pump stations. A resistive load bank applies real power (kW) and no reactive load, so match the rating to the generator's kW output (kVA multiplied by power factor).
