25kW Genelite Load Bank GLB-25

The GLB-25 is an automatic resistive load bank with a 0 to 25 kW load range at 415 V, 50 or 60 Hz and unity power factor. It is rated for continuous duty, has an outdoor enclosure, and can be installed permanently indoors or outdoors.

What it is for

A diesel generator that spends long periods on a light load can develop wet stacking, where unburnt fuel and carbon build up in the exhaust, and cylinder glazing. The GLB-25 is used to maintain a minimum load on a generator and for on-site testing, and it is aimed at mining camps, data centres, commercial buildings, telecommunications, essential services, defence and pump stations.
