7kVA Gentech Three Phase Diesel Generator ED7000LSRE-3

The ED7000LSRE-3 is a three phase diesel generator with a maximum output of 7kVA at 0.8 power factor. Power comes from a Lister Petter LPDR188 diesel engine running at 3000 rpm, coupled to an NSM Italian alternator. Starting is electric, with the battery included, and no RCD is fitted as standard.

This set suits sites that mix three phase and single phase loads. A three phase bore pump or machine can run from the five-pin outlet while lights and tools use the 15 Amp outlets. The 7kVA maximum output is the total for both, so add the three phase and single phase loads together. A three phase motor draws several times its running current at start, so have an electrician or engineer check each motor against the set and read the compliance plate on every appliance.
