575-636kVA Cummins Diesel Generator GC575S

The GC575S is a three phase diesel generator set in the 575 to 636kVA range.

Key features

• A heavy-duty, multi-cylinder Cummins diesel engine drives the alternator at 1500rpm.
• Three phase output lets the set feed three phase motors and distribution boards directly, with single phase loads shared across the phases.

What it will run

At 575 to 636kVA this is a large stationary set, so sizing starts with the site's load schedule rather than a list of appliances. An electrician or engineer should total the running load of everything that operates together, allow for the starting current of large motors (often several times their running current), and plan how the loads are balanced across the three phases. Connection to site wiring should go through a changeover or transfer switch installed by a licensed electrician. Send us your load list, voltage and starting requirements and we will help with sizing.

The GC575S suits large industrial plants, commercial complexes, mine and construction sites, and water and wastewater facilities that need three phase power on a large scale.
