11.8kVA (11.8kW) Genelite Defence Diesel Generator GKD11S

The GKD11S is a military-spec Genelite Defence diesel generator rated at 11.8kVA (11.8kW) and powered by a Kubota diesel engine.

Key features

• Quieter cooling fans, secondary mufflers and noise-absorbing ducts work together to reduce the noise the set produces.
• The low noise signature suits applications where the set needs to be less conspicuous.
• Built-in diagnostics and prognostics help identify faults and developing problems, which supports maintenance planning.

What it will run

At 11.8kVA (11.8kW), the GKD11S typically suits field workshops, command and communications posts, site lighting and general power for small equipment. Motors draw several times their running current as they start, so find the starting figure on each compliance plate and check it against the set's rating. Send us your load list, including the voltage and phase your equipment needs, and we will help with sizing.

The GKD11S suits defence and government field power, communications and command posts, and other sites that need a military-spec diesel set with noise-reduction features.
